That's a Good Question

Hero is a goof and the least professional member of the group (aside from August’s flippant gun-use, anyway), but he is a genuinely good driver and adept at motorcycle maneuvers.  Everyone on this team has something offer, no matter how weird they might seem at first.

Likewise, Haste may seem like an un-catchable villain on paper, but he only runs as fast as your average car or motorcycle.  As we can see here, he’s gonna have to break into his bag of tricks if he wants to keep the heroes off his back and what better trick is there than the oldest and truest trick, The Damsel in Distress?  Remember kids, complex plans are only for people who can’t throw a pedestrian in the way.
