This is the last weekend of 2017 and it happens to fall right on the very end of 2017.  Can’t think of a better way to close out the year than with an update to the Eurasia Gallery!…Well, I can think of a few ways, but I’m supposed to put on a happy face for these updates…Crap, I should have crossed out that text!

Anywho, this was quite a big year for us.  This site has really come into its own this year, we shared a lot of artwork and comics, made some connections at Comic Con and Chynna’s learned a lot about her trade.  Of course, it hasn’t all been good.  American Net Neutrality hangs in the balance, Kim Jong Un is growing his nuclear arsenal, hurricanes ravaged Puerto Rico and the Southern United States and little in the global scene seems to be improving anytime soon.

We’re just a small webcomic, but we hope everyone enjoyed 2017 as much as possible and that 2018 can treat us all, and the world as a whole, at least a little better.  In the hopes that we can all get through this incoming year better than we did this year, here are some quotes that I’ve found to be interesting.

But let us also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.
Paul, Romans 5:1-5

Yesterday is a memory.  Tomorrow is but a dream.  Now is the only time on which eternity depends.
– Unknown, but the sentiment is shared by several faiths and philosophies.

You only lose when you quit.
Said many times, many ways, but always poignant.

Have a happy and fulfilling 2018!  Chynna and I hope we will continue to see you there!
